Applications:
Use for Anti-retrogradation effect, Use for preventing Protein Denaturation during heat treatment, Use for Anti-bacteria effect, Use for aeration properties, Use as an Emulsifier for Oil/ Fat in Water or Water in Oil/ Fat. Prevent Water or Oil � Crystallization and Separation, Use as a Stabilizer for maintaining small particle size during heat treatment, Use as a Lubricant between different phases or systems present in food, Use for improving Freezing and Heating properties of Oil/ Fat or Water, Use for Solubilization or Dispersion.
